The afternoon in Lahore brought together passionate sports leaders from government and the private sector, including Provincial Minister Faisal Khokar (Sports & Youth Affairs and Labour & Human Resource), former Federal Minister Abdul Razaq Dawood (President BARD Foundation & Co-founder LUMS), Ms. Asma Hamid (Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of the Netherlands for Punjab), and Mr. Hassan Ali (Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Youth Affairs and Sports and Member of the Punjab Assembly), alongside star athletes including the legendary Olympian Tauqeer Dar, Mr. Shehroze Kashif (a record-breaking Pakistani mountaineer and the youngest to summit both Mount Everest and K2), and the Special Olympics gold-medalist cyclist Ms. Zainab Ali Raza, as well as social and legal entrepreneurs, artists, and other esteemed guests to engage in a holistic discussion on the power of sports to drive positive change. We were also honored to have in attendance Ms. Rubab Askari (Regional Manager Punjab Special Olympics Pakistan), Mr. Hamza Syed (Founder of Legends Academy Pakistan), Ms. Anya Raza (writer & filmmaker), Ms. Aaminah Qadir (Co-founder She-her), and Ms. Erum Baloch (Founder Star Women’s Sports Academy, the first women’s sports academy in Jacobabad, Sindh).
